5.00pm-6.00pm (Age 8-11 / Year 4, 5 & 6)

6.00pm-7.00pm (Age 11-13 / Year 7 & 8) 

7.00pm-8.00pm (Age 14-15 / Year 9 & 10)

Sessions will start on 11th September 2025 and run weekly (except for school half terms) until 16th July 2026. Once signed up, you are registered to all future sessions and we look forward to seeing you at the next session.  

Before you submit the form, could you please check the child's name is correct. If you use AutoFill when completing the form it might change details elsewhere on the form.

The Swans Foundation or associated organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused by or during attendance on any of the clubs organised activities except where such loss, damage or injury can be shown to result directly from the negligence of the Club or the Organisers. Participants are required to take responsibility for their own belongings, any loss or damage of property will not be covered by the Swans Foundation.
