Do you wish to have a birthday announcement made at a home Swansea City fixture for the 2024/25 season. The announcement will be read out as part of the half time show and a photo displayed on the big screen.
The cost is £10 and all monies received from this initiative is donated to the Swans Foundations charity – Swans Aid. This money is used to help projects, communities and charities in our local area.
We can take a maximum of 6 bookings per match and we ask you to complete the below.
