Do you wish to have a birthday announcement made at a home Swansea City fixture for the 2025-26 season. The announcement will be read out at half time and a photo displayed on the big screen at the same time.
The cost is £10 for league games and all monies received from this initiative is donated to the Swansea City AFC Foundation. This money is used to help projects, communities and charities in our local area.
We can take a maximum of 6 bookings per match and we ask you to complete the below.
