Jacks Welcome

The project delivers fun and inclusive football coaching and social enrichment sessions to support refugee and asylum seekers living in Swansea. Asylum seekers and refugees can often struggle to adjust to living in a new country and face many challenges like learning a new language and establishing supportive social networks. The ‘Jacks Welcome’ project aims to promote social inclusion, teach valuable life skills and celebrate cultural diversity through the vehicle of football to aid their settlement and make them feel more at home in the city.
